onto today’s topic: avocados are genius 🥑
this is so millennial of me but genuinely, avocados are perfect.
if i had to live off of 3 grocery items, they would probably be avocados, cheese and crunch peanut butter cliff bars. they’re a perfect dip, filling, and topping for anything.
obviously, they’re healthy too.
it’s so easy to make a filling meal when you add some form of avocado. i’ve learned this since moving, because now i’m fully responsible for everything i consume. avocados don’t need any of the sautéing or complicated mincing techniques, just mash it up or chop it like 4 times and you’re good.
it’s my holy grail.

why do you hate the peak of life?
anyways. an easy hack i’ve been using to eat somewhat healthy everyday is mixing half an avocado into my side salads. it makes me more full and energized after each meal, rather than just having lettuce or spinach on the side.
i’m exploring more healthy eating hacks, so i don’t just grab a cliff bar and be satisfied with it. fruit is always an easy snack, you just eat them. no prep required, LOL.
