onto today’s topic: top tier tiramisu ☕️ 

if you know me well, you know i absolutely love tiramisu. it was literally my instagram bio for 2 years and still is my tiktok display name. 🤌 

whenever my parents would bring home costco’s tiramisu cake for a special occasion, my day would immediately be 10x better. whenever i see tiramisu on the menu my eyes literally widen in excitement. i love it.

yesterday, ananya & i had the best tiramisu known to mankind. and trust me, i’ve had a lot of tiramisu. we went to the italian homemade company’s cow hollow location and absolutely feasted.

when i first saw it i thought, “is this like .. all cream and no cake?” as soon as i took a bite, however, i realized it was the ideal ratio. the cream was light and not too sweet, and the cake was perfectly drenched in espresso syrup.

we were literally shedding tears from how good it was. 😭 we savoured each bite yet devoured our plates at the same time somehow. i wouldn’t be surprised if we got banned from the store with the way we were acting up over a slice of cake.

i know this topic is so random and unhinged but the tiramisu was so good it deserves an appreciation post.

food is such a joy in life & i’m so grateful for the privilege i have to appreciate it. 🍴
