onto today’s topic: walkable cities 🏙️

after a month in sf, i can confidently say that all forms of transportation here are inefficient. the buses take as long as walking, there’s infinite traffic, and the walking routes are unreliable.

i love walking to where i need to be. i can enjoy the outdoors, get some exercise, and energize myself. too bad it takes ages to walk anywhere and everywhere.

not to mention, the bay is so hilly so i can’t even rollerblade without basically plummeting to my death.

transportation is a struggle out here.

walkable cities for the win.

it doesn’t matter how far electric vehicle technology is going to progress, optimizing for easier transportation that serves more people is always going to be 10x more effective.

i’m in palo alto today and it took me like an hour just to wrap my head around making a short commute. 😭
