onto today’s topic: why do i build? 💻️

i realize that i dump a lot of my thoughts here, and that’s a huge part of me. i don’t, however, speak too much to motivation behind the different work i do or about my actual background.

i wanted to share a little bit about what drives my projects and my relentless pursuit of learning in the space, especially now that there are so many more people tuning into my thoughts every day. 😁

why do i build?

i build to solve real problems, ones that affect the livelihood of millions. from growing a healthtech startup from 0 to 1, to scraping together my own side projects, i learn, code and improve all for the sake of making life better, meaningfully.

my bias towards action helps bring these ambitions into fruition. i hop on interviews with families I serve, build and test prototypes, and seek feedback for each iteration. i make it my mission to learn anything, from programming with pytorch to designing vr environments to sending outbound outreach for sales, but i build with empathy at the forefront. 🫂 i build for people, and i know what they need because i care enough to find out.

i’ve seen and experience first-hand how hard life can get. i build so another teen doesn't have to cower in fear at a pride parade. i build so another mother doesn't have to hide her mental struggle from her family. i build so another child doesn't have to watch their grandpa never recover from a stroke.

i build with empathy and a fierce passion for social good.

if that resonates with you, i’d love to chat. (:
