onto today’s topic: friendsgiving 🍂 

to end off my jam-packed week, of course i had to join in on the cutest friendsgiving ever. it’s thanksgiving, but with friends and a feast instead!

remember when i ranked thanksgiving as last because it holds no significance? well, if it’s always this cutesy and cosy, maybe i’ll give it some more credit. huge appreciation for alice who coordinated a friendsgiving with more food than could fit on the table and 30+ people.

we feasted on mac & cheese, mashed potatoes, pies, veggies, sparkling cider and so much more. the food filled my stomach, but the laughter and taking photos around the fire filled my heart. ❤️‍🔥 

what i’ve noticed in the bay is that it’s so much easier to put myself out there and try igniting a connection because people are so receptive and driven towards their ambitious goals.

i’ve gotten so close with people i’ve only known for a few weeks, and this friendsgiving solidified that what i’m feeling is mutual. it’s crazy thinking about the dense collection of memories i’ve made these 2.5 months. i’m going to miss it a lot. 😕 

i’m grateful for this opportunity to be in such an infectiously positive space.
